By accessing our website or customer portal, or by purchasing any service from DotCity Software Engineering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
DotCity Software Engineering provides custom software development, managed IT services, cloud hosting, and related technology consulting. Services are described in individual service agreements and on our Pricing page. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for project work are documented in separate Statements of Work (SOW).
Access to the customer portal requires registration with accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Managed service plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Project-based work is billed per the agreed payment schedule in the SOW. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in service suspension. All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days' notice.
Managed hosting services carry a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for Enterprise plan customers. In the event of downtime caused by us, clients may receive service credit at our discretion. SLA does not cover outages caused by third-party services, client actions, or force majeure events.
Work product created for clients under a paid contract belongs to the client upon full payment. DotCity retains rights to proprietary frameworks, libraries, and tools developed internally. We may display client work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat all client data and project information as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., cloud providers). Clients may request an NDA for sensitive engagements.
DotCity Software Engineering's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or data loss.
Either party may terminate a managed service subscription with 30 days' written notice. Project contracts may only be terminated per the terms specified in the SOW. Upon termination, we will provide a data export for your hosted applications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DotCity Technologies is registered. Disputes will be resolved through mediation before any legal proceedings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified via the portal and email. Continued use of services after 14 days of notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
